Project Remit - Young Gay And Bisexual Mens Project

Target Group : Young Gay Men, Bisexual Mens, and Men that have sex with Men.

Locality : Stockport wide with a city centre base.

Aims Of Project : To enable Young Gay And Bisexual Men to be comfortable and confident with their sexuality.
To equip young gay and bisexual men with the skills and knowledge to make the healthy choices, particularly in the context of sexual health relationships and risk taking behaviour.

Objectives :
1. To provide information and resources relating to HIV prevention, sexual health and risk taking in ways which are accesible and meaningful and which will assist young gay and bisexual men to make informed choices about their relationships and sexual activity.

2. To provide young gay and bisexual men with the opportunity to deal with a range of issues related to their sexuality with a supportive framework.

3. To develop a supportive network of young gay and bisexual men in order to combat isolation, improve self esteem and enhance social opportunities.
